Privacy Policy
Effective 2 September 2026
Who this covers
This policy covers rapidresponserestorationnw.com, operated by Rapid Response Restoration. It explains what the site collects, why, who else can see it, and how to ask us to delete it.
If anything here is unclear, email info@rapidresponserestorationnw.com and a person will answer.
What the site collects
When you submit the contact form we receive name, phone, email, type of damage, and a description of what happened. We collect it because you asked us to get in touch, and we use it for that.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. This happens for every website and we cannot switch it off.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Who else can see it
Cloudflare: hosts this site, serves it, and keeps security and performance logs
Supabase: stores the callback requests submitted through this site
Resend: delivers those callback requests to us by email
Open-Meteo: supplies the local weather shown on this page, so your IP address reaches them when the page loads
unpkg: serves two JavaScript libraries this page needs, so your IP address reaches them when the page loads
We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we run no advertising or social media tracking on this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are doing business together, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records.
Server logs are kept for a short period by our host.
Asking us to delete it
Email info@rapidresponserestorationnw.com and ask. We will delete what we hold about you, and tell you when it is done. You do not need to explain why, and you do not need to be a customer.
You can also ask what we hold, and we will send it to you.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be described there rather than slipped in quietly.
